Pricing & Payment
No hidden incentives. Here's exactly how Carevider earns revenue, why our placement help is free to families, and how we keep our advice honest.
Where our revenue comes from
Our primary business. Families pay an hourly or live-in rate for caregiving at home. This rate covers wages, taxes, insurance, training, and RN supervision β with no separate assessment or registration fees.
When we help a family find assisted living or memory care, the community pays us a referral fee. That's why our placement service is free to you β and why we work with many communities rather than just one.
The fair question with
The fair question with any referral-based service is whether the fee bends the advice. We've built specific safeguards so it doesn't β and we'd rather lose a placement fee than steer a family wrong. You get two services under one roof β in-home care and placement help β without wondering who's paying for what. If staying home is right, we provide the caregivers. If a community is the better fit, we help you find it at no cost, and the community pays us. Either way, the recommendation comes from a registered nurse who has assessed the actual need. And if long-term care insurance or VA benefits apply, we bill and process them on your behalf so the coverage goes toward care, not paperwork. An RN reviews your family's needs and recommends the right care β home or community β at no cost. How we keep our advice honest
